How long will I have access to a course after purchase?

You get access to every course you purchase. You can revisit the materials anytime, as often as you like. Access is available  as long as the Academy remains open.

What formats are available for InnovateQ courses?

All our courses are online and include video lessons and downloadable materials. 

What languages are InnovateQ courses available in?

Most of our courses are delivered in English to support international learners. However, some courses are available in other languages—such as Hungarian—depending on the instructor and target audience. The language of each course is clearly indicated before enrolment.

Payments & Taxation

How can I pay for a course?

We use international payment solutions to ensure secure and convenient transactions. You can pay online using major credit cards or other supported methods. All prices are shown in gross (VAT-inclusive) amounts.

Are taxes included in the course price?

Yes. All prices are shown as gross amounts, including VAT. The applicable VAT is calculated based on your country of residence.

How do I receive an invoice with VAT?

Invoices are generated automatically after purchase and sent to your email. Make sure your billing details are correct during checkout.

Can I get an invoice with VAT?

Yes. After your purchase, you can request a VAT invoice by contacting our support team. Make sure to include your billing details and VAT number if applicable. (Contact us for more)

Will I get support if I get stuck during the course?

Yes! You can ask questions directly to the instructor or through our platform’s Q&A feature. After registering for a course, we also offer community support and provide regular feedback to help you improve.

How can I report an issue or give feedback?
